Processing and Shipping
Once your order has been placed, our team prepares your item, checks it and carefully packages it before shipping.
Processing time: 24–48 business hours
Delivery time after dispatch: 3–4 business days
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods or busy periods may take slightly longer to process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information, where available.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping notification. If tracking is available, the tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

DCARE is not responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Orders in Transit
